I am getting my kettles ready for all grain need some opinions. Should I weld my fittings or just go with weldless? I'm thinking of sanitary vs. simple.... I have 2- 10 gallon stainless kettles and 1- 5 gallon. A false bottom for the MLT and inherited 3 stainless sanitary tri clover clamps

I have a galvanized tub that i make a ice bath in and just set the kettle in. works great pitching temp in about 30 min. just enough time to clean a few things and sip on a homebrew

Has anyone ever tried or heard of using a Bunn tea brewer for HLT? It allows 3 gallons at a time but up to 26 gallons per hour. the temp is adjustable from 205f -185f which would need some adjustment as well as the flow rate. Any thoughts?

why dont you just mix the sugar and honey in the bucket before you bottle so its evenly distributed??
