    He peroxide will help to get fermentation going but keep in mind if too much is used it will oxidize you're wort/must producing off flavors , I just recently had to use peroxide on several batches of my Cider I used different amounts and I will report back on what works best after their bottled

    Thank you for the advise tried pitching East three days ago nothing happened I think I will just keep stirring for a few more days well I get an enormous starter cultivated and hopefully that will kickstart

    Like a retard I added about 1/4 tsp of Potassium Metabisulfite per gallon! Not for every 6 gallons . Wtf can I do to remedy this , how long should I wait before I pitch yeast ? I have heard stirring them a few times a day over the next few days might help, can I shake them to help evaporation or...

    Make a hop tea and add that after it cools if you wat bitterness , as for sanitation of cider used potassium or sodium metabisulfite an let it sit for 24 hours in the cider before you pitch your yeast
