Went to keg my AHS spiced wheat today only to see something fuzzy floating on top. Sucks still smells like beer though. Been brewing three plus years without an issue like this. Always clean clean clean!

i started doing all-grain about 8 months back. been using a CPVC manifild, been hitting around 70% eff with it. i'm having problems with it staying together though. only twice has it came apart during the mash, and the last time was this past weekend. it was a real pain dealing with it...

interesting...i also dump mine down the drain in the basement bathroom. i had a plug a few months back, i couldnt get it with my snake either, had to call a plumber as well. but i dump yeast, i always dump hops in the yard waste for pick up. guess i'll toss the yeast into the yard now.
