    I boil longer when I'm brewing above 1.065. I do AG and do better hitting my sg collecting more wort and boiling a little longer on high gravity beers.

    I'd dryhop it. That's up to you either way you'll end up with a drinkable beer that you most likely be happy with.

    It's all in the grain bill and hops. If you like citrus hops try some cascades, citras, or simcoes. Look at the websites for ipas you like and see what the brewers are using in them. Many breweries list ingredients on their website!

    Drinking my iron swan ipa. First bottle of the newest batch so the citra dryhop is very present. Just picked up a pound of citra pellets today because the wife cannot get enough of this beer!

    OK to leave wort for 24hrs?

    I personally wouldn't store it a single second longer than you have to but you're still going to boil it so you should be fine. Just keep it closed up well.

    Bottling after refridgeration for a few days

    Whether it is a lager or an ale it will be fine for that amount of time. Meaning no you won't need more yeast and yes it will be fine in the fridge.

    Yeah especially since it looks right when you get right up to it. Probably a reflection.

    Did you use pellet or whole leaf hops? I've had a similar effect from using large amounts of pellets in a very light colored beer like pilsner or kolsch. If that's the case it will settle out over time. Also make sure it's not just the light playing tricks on you.

    Also save your starsan. Get a 5 gallon bucket and mix up a batch, when you're done sanitizing everything pop it back in the bucket and store in the garage. I've been using the same starsan for 3 months and it still works great.
