It turned out to be amazing! Lovely bourbon coconut nose and with a hint of chocolate on the finish. Going to be a great beer in about a month or so. But it tasted great right out of the carboy... For the coconut, I toasted 20 oz. in the oven when primary finished, and racked the beer onto it...

Soooo, bottled 2 gallons of this after a week on 20 oz. of toasted coconut, while racking the other three over the bourbon/vanilla bean tincture. Drank about 6oz. of green wort... Delicious. NCBeernut, this shizz is amazing.

A little twist..... 20 oz. of toasted coconut Racked DCS into secondary on top of the coconut.....
