    Azacca with Centennial?

I made a Bell’s Two Hearted Clone last weekend. I have quite a bit of Azacca in the freezer and thought I might dry hop with a couple ounces of that. I am out of Centennial at this time. Would that work with the Centennial? Thanks for your opinions.

    Tracking beers from keg

I just Googled Keg Level Indicator and came up with the following two options on the first page: www.ballandkeg.com www.kegbot.org The Ball and Keg looks to be a low tech option while Kegbot is like the Rasberry Pints idea.

    Overnight force carbonation

Chill it, set it to 12 psi, and shake the crap out of it until no more CO2 goes in. Might take 30 minutes or more.

    Sulfur smell in kegged pilsner

Hi all, made a Pilsner with 34/70 yeast. Fermented at 58 F for a couple weeks. Did a D. Rest for a few days and kegged. It’s been in the keg for three weeks. How can I get rid of the sulfur smell that I get when I pour a glass. It seems to be better but I don’t know how long it will take to...

Desperately in need of troubleshooting help

I would definitely reduce fermentation temperature if you can.

Make sure you give us feedback when it's done. Some of my experimental brews were the best.

    Broken my autosiphon, now what?

This won't help you today but I did quite a bit of looking for alternatives when I broke my junk auto siphon for the second time. I like the Sterile Siphon, but I do have buckets so it won't work with those. I ended up making a DIY version of the Ballandkeg siphon. I probably only saved a couple...

Are all auto siphons created equal? So pissed

I've had plenty of leakage issues with autosiphon as well. Any siphon options out there that don't require the work around and DIY fixes?

Help with my ventilation - building condensation and I'm surprised

The condensation is occurring because your ductwork is cooler than the dew point of the humid air. The air is cooled considerably because of the large amount of mixing. You'd be better using a "snorkel" that can go down over the top of the pot and would not allow so much cool room air to mix...

    Us-05

I'd give it some time. It should kick in within a day or so.

Finding the cause of a consistent off-flavor

Sounds like my problem. I was oxidizing my product with an autosiphon and did not realize it for ages. It does not take much to ruin a batch. Check your siphon for leaks. You can test it using water. Siphon directly into a clear container with the discharge hose submerged. You should see no...

    Aeration via Autosiphon

That's a good idea. I've been shaking or splashing my bucket but this is would be easier for sure.

    Anyone have a Fermentasaurus?

I was looking at their website and I noticed they adapted the clear beer system for withdrawal. I wonder if the clear beer guys know that they are infringing on their patent if it's sold in the US? I own two of the clear beer systems and it looks pretty much identical, just not in a Cornelius keg.

    Temp Controller

I like the Inkbirds as well. Have two of them and they are good.

    Carbing the keg confession.......

I do the shake at 30 psi for a minute as well. Set to 12 psi after that and good to go in a day or so. It helps if it is chilled first.

    Oops

No way to fix that I know of. Sorry
