    my brother wants me to make the beer for his wedding. if i make several batches and keg them and carbonate them do they need to be kept cold? or could i carbonate them in my corny kegs and then chill them before the wedding?

    new to this so beer with me. i ordered the summer wheat kit from aih. loved it. now trying a mutton can kit. But my local hardware store has all its brew stuff on sale foe 20% off. So a can of lme is about 15 bucks. but the cans are only 3.3 lb? my summer wheat kit had 6 lb of lme in it...

    i reread my post and i dont think i explained it right. the beer will be ready to bottle/ keg before i leave for vacation. (2 weeks since brewing). would there be any reason not to keg it, so that it will be carbed by the time i get back? i mean do you have to check it and adjust your pressure...
