    Hopping After Fermentation

Add a blichmann hop rocket or similar inline hop infuser and you'll always be ably to add extra hop flavor to all your brews; you can even setup a bypass for your guests that don't crave the added flavor.

    Inline filters for the Therminator

Then I'd have to filter the nylon bag too! :D LOL

    Inline filters for the Therminator

Any suggestions for filtering out the whole hops that make it through the false bottom or Hop Blocker before they get into the Therminator? Or should I just dump this thing and go with something more user friendly?

    Lawnmower Question

I have two riding Lawn Mowers, both with the same issue. Both died suddenly while I was mowing this week. when I turn the key there is NOTHING. I checked the only fuses I can see and they're good. one is a Husquavarna, the other a 1982 Gravely... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Efficiency - Fermentables VS Flavor?

I've read many times about efficiency and extracting the fermentables from the mash, using protein rests, etc. That's all good, but my question is this.... does that always mean we're extracting the best or most desirable flavors? Is there a way to maximize taste? So, what if I have all the...

WTF... auto siphon will NOT work

I'm trying to bottle a batch of beer, it's dry hopped out the wazoo with whole leaf hops (floating free in the carboy) I cannot get the beer out and I've tried 3 auto syphons and even tried turning it on it's side only to achieve upsetting a perfectly happy yeast cake. seriously not a happy guy...

I read the post below mine, "Fermentation Restarted" by BWN and I think I got my answer... CO2 escaping... which is what I thought. I just want to be sure. I really like this beer!

Want to Bottle - Still Fermenting @ 4 wks??

Sorry, meant to put that on there... OG - 1.058 FG - 1.011 It's held the FG for weeks, but honestly this is one gassy brew, the bubbles have never stopped. It's also my first time using this yeast strain.

Want to Bottle - Still Fermenting @ 4 wks??

I want to bottle my Rye Ale today, but I'm not sure if I can. I used Wyeast Farmhouse Ale 3726 and Fermented for 10 Days @ 90 Deg (I know this seems high), 20 Days at 70 and 2 Days at 65. I moved it upstairs last night and it was shaken a good bit so I let it sit all night. When I took the...

Pitched a Different Yeast into Secondary

Looks like After this fermentation finishes, I'll either add lactose at bottling or blend with another beer.

Pitched a Different Yeast into Secondary

Yeah. Me either. But. I felt like experimenting. Perhaps I had one too many homebrews last night.
