Three heads doesn't make beer, Custom brewcrafters makes it for them. Just a little pet peeve of mine. There are so many breweries in this area now that pretend they make beer when they actually contract with someone else. Some will actually lie to you when you ask if they make it themselves.

This could be the problem. I have a direct fired converted keg and I recirculate. I have been struggling trying to get an accurate mash temp. It varies depending where I put the temp. probe. I guess I should keep it as close to the return hose as possible and see how that works.
