    Cheese Salt

Take my advice for what's it's worth, I've never made any cheese. I was reading about it and somebody was saying that maybe Kosher salt could be used? Maybe someone with more experience could confirm.

    Boil-Off Rate

Yea I learned this yesterday when time came to bottle my first brew. I thought I had 5 gallons, but when I transfered to the bottling bucket I only had about 4. I guess I should have tested the boil off rate with my burner. What's weird is that I hit the OG I was aiming for, dead on? Hm...

Are there no homebrew shops at ALL in Mexico? That'd be sad, maybe there's a website that sells yeast so that they can order some if ever they enjoy brewing.

    Nugget as flavor/aroma hops?

Hey all, reviving this thread as I just got myself a nugget plant. (It was all I could get this year but I hope to be able to plant something else too next year!) So I was wondering what your conclusions were on using nugget as an aroma hop, or to make an IPA. I'm thinking that if I manage to...

Is this pot ok to use? (pic)

I use this stuff for pots, works quite well. You have to scrub a bit but it'll remove anything from Stainless or copper.

    500 L Chocolate Malt?

http://www.homebrew-supplies.ca/viartshop/product_details.php?category_id=0&search_string=chocolate&search_category_id=0&item_id=34 It's an online store in Canada. Anyways, my question is basically if I can use a pound of that and get a decent result or if I'd need to add roasted barley too to...

    500 L Chocolate Malt?

Hi all, I'm trying to create a stout recipe, and I see on the website where I'll be buying my ingredients that their chocolate malt is 500 lovibond. Now, my question is, since it's darker than average chocolate malt (I understand it usually is around 350?) would it give more coffee/roasted...
