    Base, collar and trim all stained with two coats of poly drying now. Removed the seal from the lid and cut out the original insulation just now. All I'm waiting on is payday to get some faucets and a temp controller.

    The Miters took me and the wife forever to get perfect. Thankfully the boards were super straight. Still had small gaps but we mixed wood glue and the sawdust and filled em in.     I got most of the trub out when I transferred to secondary so there's barely anything at the bottom and the air locks are being monitored by the wife so hopefully it's a success Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Glad i found this

    Made an American lager kit brew from the ozark home brewery up the road. Stuck as a drill sergeant up at fort leonardwood so it looks like most of my brewing is gonna be done incredibly late at night. Got three kit brews total to finish through till I can graduate on to the more complicated stuff.

    I just did my first batch and its fermenting in the closet now. The wife got me a whole set up for brewin for Christmas plus a kegerator. I'm excited to see how it all turns out.
