I got a question. I have two five gallon extract batches that are in secondary right now. One is northern Brewers saison duvin the other is the White House honey ale. Was gonna bottle on 10 November but the army decided I needed to be at fort lee until 5 December. Is this gonna have any effect on my precious liquid gold.

No

The saison in particular will benefit from the extended bulk aging In The secondary. Just make sure you too of the airlock.

Nope.... As long as they are in the primary and got a good seal they should be great!

I got most of the trub out when I transferred to secondary so there's barely anything at the bottom and the air locks are being monitored by the wife so hopefully it's a success
