    Banged Up Keg Still Good??

You can use them, the only problem is that if the bottom skirt is too dented to sit on a burner flatly. You definitely don't want a teetering keg with 12 gallons of hot liquid in them. Make sure you mount you valves on spots without dents or seams. @TopherM He will not need to sanitize his HLT...

    conical fermenter

If you are still new, I would suggest investing your money elsewhere first. There are many things that will help you make better beer that don't cost as much as a conical. Do you have fermentation temperature control(spare fridge and temp regulator)? Are you making yeast starters(Erlenmeyer...

    Mango Pale Ale thoughts

I would definitely try late hopping with Citra. I get a major mango flavor and aroma out of them. I would also use 1056 or us-05 if you want dry yeast to keep the flavors clean. I'm not an extract brewer so idk but the pound of pils malt seems unnecessary as a steeping malt. good luck

Recipes in Imperial Gallons or US Gallons?

Us Gallons. This site is hosted in the USA. Other sites might be different, but I have never come across a recipe in Imperial gallons. I have seen many recipes in Liters though.

    Adding a secondary regulator

Absolutely, You simply replace the high pressure gauge with a 1/4" nipple and add another regulator. I believe they have this option at kegconnection. They have a very good and very helpful phone sales staff that can help you customize anything you need. I work for a hose and pipe distributor...

    Tweaking an IPA recipe... advice?

I love using WLP007 in my Ipas. It ferments fast and attenuates really well and it flocks like a mother. It has everything I want in a IPA yeast and it really accentuates the fruity aromas in some American hops. I have heard this is the closest to the yeast Stone uses. I much prefer it to WLP001.

Dogfish Head Cinemagraph - really cool

No, I don't think I will be picking up any of that beer. I'm not really a big fan of DFH beers. 60 and 90 min are pretty good & I have only had 120 min once, but I tend to avoid their other offerings.

Dogfish Head Cinemagraph - really cool

It is a loop of any short continuous motion. I think they might be animated GIFs? They remind me of the pictures in the Harry Potter movies.

Black IPA - Critique my recipe

I would drop the Black patent and roast as well. Most people use carafa special which is the de-husked variety. It doesn't give as bitter and acrid taste as regular black malt. some also use up to a pound of chocolate malt but I'm not a fan of this. I would keep Ibu high if you want that, but I...

    Quick kegging questions

I would call Kegconnection at 512-805-3300, they are close enough to you that you could pick up and not have to pay shipping and the sales guys are very helpful and will help you put together a package that suits your needs. I got my keg setup from them and even with shipping it was a better...

    Falconer's Flight Pale Ale

Looks Yummy. I am curious about falconer's flight but have been hesitant to use it because I don't know whats in it. I might get a Pound because I cant get any Simcoe in bulk. I'm Guessing you are toasting your own malt to simulate some victory or something. What is your procedure? About what...
