I ended up getting a free CO2 tank so now I have two. I am wanting to get a second regulator on the cheap, does this look like it would work, I can get it for 24 bucks today.

That will work. I think Harbor Freight has cheap manifolds too.

dont do it, i tried that one. Its a flow gauge (liters/min) and you will have no idea what psi you are pumping into your kegs.

Yup, zoom in and you see the second gauge reads in cuft/hr or hL/min. Not helpful.

i would say how about this, sure its gonna be a few dollars more when you add shipping, but its the right part.

other option to stay local is find your local pepsi distributor and talk to the parts dept guy. I bought a cornelius regulator from them for $35. None of the HF options are going to work for this.
