Absolutely, You simply replace the high pressure gauge with a 1/4" nipple and add another regulator. I believe they have this option at kegconnection. They have a very good and very helpful phone sales staff that can help you customize anything you need. I work for a hose and pipe distributor and they had a right hand thread to left hand thread hex nipple that we didn't stock.

Awesome!!! Thanks for the help. Just a quick note, the back of the regulator it says hi for the gauge that shows the amount of CO2 and the other stems say low. Does this make a difference?
