    Good luck with it! Just did my first the other day, and it was a blast - literally. Watch for boil-overs - makes a mess all over yinz hahss. BTW my wife is from Highland Park and Bloomfield, and her whole family is still there. Love that town! I could live the rest of my life on the the Strip. -EC
