    Thoughts on Nitro Beer Drafts

McDantim Gas Blender McDantim does make a gas blender unit, but it is on the pricey side. If you can find blended Gas, that would be your best bet.

    Tchechomalt floor-malted Pilsen - enzymes?

At least in the Denver area, Tchecnomalt, is distributed by the Country Malt Group, which is part of Soufflet Malt, the world's largest malt company. They are also the exclusive supplier of Great Western Malting. If your Home Brew Shop has Great Western, they should be able to get you...

    PBW substitute

That could very well be. It is roughly 25 years since I was at Five Star and my memory is not the best. I do remember that one disrupts the membrane and the other kills it off.

    PBW substitute

From a previous post by @beerclean "Quat(Quaternary Ammonium) is a great all purpose sanitizer, the only problem is its terrible on beer glasses. Quat will leave a coating behind or a film that prevents the glass from having a proper lacing effect. Steramine is a quat based product. This will...

    Beer Line Cleaning

Draught Beer Quality Manual The Draught Beer Quality Manual published by the Brewers Association recommends using an alkaline cleaner every two weeks. This is for commercial establishments but it wouldn't hurt to maintain your line the same way the pros do

    Weyermann CaraRed sack

I recently made this bock using a fair amount of CaraRed and it is turning out just wonderful. CaraRed is a bit more Munich then Crystal. I think you will find a lot of uses for it. Willy Wonka Bock

    Blue Moon Clone

Many things have change since I first replied to this thread in 2008. Dr. Keith Villa has retired from Coors and started his own company Ceria, which make a NA version and has released a cannabis infused variation. I retired from probrewing 6 years ago, but I was drawn back into it. I am now...
