We need to know what kind of beer it is..... How many gallons and your OG and FG readings. My first thought is oxidized beer, or exceeding the amount of fermentable sugars, i.e; too much priming sugar for carbonating your bottles (how much did you use, in what size bottle?

Where can I get that ingredient list from? BB has the same, but in a kit. I priced your shopping list on northernbrewer.com and wound up well over $40 before shipping. The BB kit I only give $32 for on eBay from southernhomebrewer.com If I can go cheaper than that, then help me out!

Wow!!!! A beer alchemist.... That is something I'm gonna have to look up. I'm not a big brewer, or trying to get into all grain.... I just like the stuff I make from the kits, and like beer..... Plus the extract stuff is better than store bought any day in my opinion. Thanks for the response!

So, I just brewed a BB English brown..... The kit included a 3.3lb can of LME and 2 lbs of dry DME, besides the grains. It was supposed to OG at 1.045, which it was. My question is why is the OG so low with all that malt? Shouldn't it be higher? Or is it based on more sugars in the wort? The...

Brewers Best extract IPA..... Still green after 7 days of bottle conditioning, but tasty!

^ I hear that..... I can't even sit in my house without getting in trouble! Gonna hit the lake today, test run on the new boat, then uncap my very green, 7 day conditioned BB IPA

Decided to bottle it instead.... In green form, it tasted pretty good, I'll see it in a week and a half when my 2 week bottle conditioning has completed. On a different note, I did force carb my weizenbeer this morning..... It's got some foam, but delicious!
