I realize this is an old thread, but I am planning to rack a 1-G batch to the secondary and wonder about the PB2 addition. I had added toward the end of the boil, but there was extensive clumping. I'll sample before adding more PB2. TIA.

Hey, I am having a problem with my Phil Mill. Maybe someone out there can help save my brew day. I had changed over from the hand crank to the drill attachment. Unfortunately, over time, it seems my drill is slipping on the attachment (which is perfectly smooth and round, not hexagonal)...

I'm planning on brewing an alt-style brew this weekend.

And on a beer-shopping trip today and am now watching Rangers vs Devils with a homebrewed RIS. The beers I bought will be cellared.
