    Imperial red ale

I need an all grain recipe for a "red ale". I want this to be 7 to 8 percent and it needs to have a killer red color. Most of my recipes I find on here. Any ideas? Thanks for helping out a brother brewer. :mug:

    CT Brewers Check-In

Hey guy's if we could get a pallet order together we could have north country drop ship to Stamford. Ask around and I'll contact North country about shipping. Also about a mixed pallet ( 2 row, pilsner, ETC). Just brewed a hitchino nest white. Awsome brew, in the secondary now can't wait to bottle!!

    Cloudy as hell!

To all happy holidays, I'm happy to report all of your advice worked. Extra secondary cleared this up nicely. I bottled Friday and am waiting for Christmas day to enjoy!! A small sample from the bottling bucket promises a fantastic brew. Lenny

    Cloudy as hell!

I have a problem with my Du monde clone. When I drained into my fermenter the wort seperated and was clear, orange gold slight corriander and hops aroma. The problem happened after primary fermentation. When I racked to the secondary the beer is really cloudy. No sign of infection no off odors...
