i am really tired of bottling my beer, and I am getting ready to start kegging. Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions on necessary parts/components that are needed for kegging and setting up a fridge to hold a corney keg or two. Thanks in advance.

Can the apfelwein stay in the primary fermenter too long?

I usually stick more with IPA's but SWMBO wants a beer for Christmas time. Anyone ever tried the Winter Ale or the Happy Holiday Ale from Midwest? Or have any other suggestions? Still doing extract and partial kits, not doing all grain yet.

My first brew was 2 wks in the primary, 2 in the secondary and has now been in the bottle for 4 days. If I was to sample a bottle now: Would there be any carbonation? Would the flavor be off?

I transferred to my secondary yesterday. The brew had been in the primary for almost 2 weeks. I had the same gravity for 4 days before transferring. Why would it start bubbling again after transferring to the carboy? Only bubbling once every 20 seconds for about a day.

The room temp seems be hovering around 70. Yesterday afternoon the temp on the stick-on thermometer was 68. This morning the 72 was beginning to glow and 70 was still glowing.

I seem to have a range of 68-72 during the day when fermenting. Is this going to result in off/bad flavors? I am making a nut brown ale.

I was able to get the temp down to 68 today... Really like watching that airlock bubble away.

am I going to have bad tastes because of that?

Good News. Woke up this morning and there is definitely action in the Airlock. The temp is around 74. Transfer to the secondary in two weeks. I want to start my second brew already.
