I brewed this over the weekend. Had to make some substitutions due to what I had on hand, so we will see how it goes. My SRM and OG should be about the same and I had to use S-05. Looking forward to trying it.
My Dad made mine out of unfinished Beech. He seems to think it should be one of the most flavor nuetral woods there is. Heck, Budweiser is aged on it so you know there has to be no flavor in it!

I have ended up with a 1.030 FG on Safale 04 after 23 days. Tastes very good, but am a bit spooked on that FG reading. Just put it in the Secondary tonight. Suggestions?
