My efficiency is around 70% but I am a batch sparger and I think I can do a bit better. I think the crush is holding me back. This will be a test to see. Matt

To determine my kettles evaporation rate can I just fill it with 7 gallons of water and boil for an hour and record or does wort evaporate at a different rate? My thoughts were H2O is H2O. Matt
