hmm...Well Modleo, the brewery that makes Negra, calls it a Munich-sytle Dunkel so that's what I am going with.

From what I have read and heard from NO CHILL brewers...the hops in the NO CHILL bucket are equivalent to a 20 minute boil. So any hops additions at 20 minutes you add to the NO CHILL bucket and anything less than 20 minutes you add to FWH. Great article here...

wow...I want US made. Looking at the Millars Mill B3 159, plus s&h. SS 7" rollers with bearings, 10 pound hopper, etc... . They say it 100% US made.

Pick a style, brew it over and over again, taking notes with every batch, comparing notes from previous batches(taste, body, mouthfeel, dryness, sweetness, hops, etc...) and adjust until you can perfect the style consistently. THEN move on to another style using the same process. Bouncing around...

Get a refractometer. I broke so many glass hydrometers over the years I could have bought several refractometers by now. so much easier to use, less wasted product for a sample.
