Hello all,
My name is Charlie and I just started brewing about 2 months ago. I wanted to introduce myself and can't wait to read up on ideas and tips on making the best damn beer in town.
My first brew was a American wheat that went over fairly well.
I am originally from New Mexico and...
I just started fermenting two days ago and was wondering when should I bottle and do I need to prime my bottles? It's a simple hard cider using champagne yeast.
I just started brewing and one thing I would love to do is also make my own cider, but I have yet to see any real books or information on the process. Where is a good place to start?
I am currently fermenting an American Wheat Ale and I just wanted to confirm that while in the car boy it should be a deep amber/red color. It's my first batch and I don't want to mess it up. So far everything is looking good.
Hello,
This is my very first time on here and I just started brewing. I am currently working on an exract wheat ale. It is fermenting now and was wondering what priming sugars to use? I was thinking of just white table sugar, boiled with water. Any suggestions?
