Last time I was in Steinbarts (~2 weeks ago) in Portland, OR, they had 2011 Simcoe pellets for ~$25/lb. There is also a guy who posts over at Tastybrew, Blueraidergrad, who still has some lbs of 2011 Simcoe pellets.

So how it this working for you? I have the 10gal Polarware and am considering buying a false bottom to put in the boil to use whole hops as a filter. Curious what your experiences have been, now that you've had it a while.
