Brewing a ten gallon batch of IPA using a pound of Falconer's Flight 7c's. Here is the recipe let me know what you think:

Brewed this up a few weeks back. OG was 1.063 FG is 1.014 used US 04 and dry hopped for 3 days at 68 and 4 days cold crash at 36, then bottled. I have never had the real thing but this is a damn tasty IPA. Thank you for the recipe!!

Well for what its worth i just tossed the hop pellets in. 2 1/2 ounces. I let them set for a couple days then I am cold crashing for 5 days then right to the bottle. Alot of debri settled out in the first 24 hrs. I have a feeling it is going to be very clear when I bottle Thurs.
