Brewing a ten gallon batch of IPA using a pound of Falconer's Flight 7c's. Here is the recipe let me know what you think:
BTW I get around 72% efficiency so it is scaled to that.

22 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 80.0 %
2 lbs Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 2 7.3 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.5 %
1 lbs Carafoam (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.6 %
1 lbs Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 5 3.6 %
