    My Horningdal kveik sabro palé ale on top of my much to cluttered brew fridge. This was done in less than 30 hours fermenting, set temp down to 20 degrees.     Agreed on the drop of temp before dryhop. If not you'll get a pretty strong vote from the hops and not in a good way. Also in my experience it really depends on which beer I've made.
