    harvest season is here, what are you making from fruit? :)

    3 gallons of edelweiss grapes! 4gallons of mixed concentrate juices from store! 6gallons of Seckel pears!! Waiting to make 5 more gallons of pear wine, fermenting buckets are full!! Love harvest time!

    Look up a recipe, they are out there!! I have a book of them and jam or jelly is one of them!! And there are wine yeasts that u can get online or at a local winery that sells everything you need to make wine! Good luck! And god speed!!

    Thanks! My pears are probably the smallest pears in the pear family! They are about three inches in height and 2 1/2 inches in diameter. I have about 200 lbs. Of them off of one tree!!!

    Second season for me!! If you want complete satisfaction in wine making you need to grow your own flavors!! Loving it in Indiana!!! Homegrown and homemade!!!
