adding a drip tray with drain to bar? Clearance?

I am in the process of building a new bar in my house. I want to add a drip tray with a drain for my keg. How do I make this happen if the tap is directly above the keg fridge. I do not see how there will be enough room under the granite counter to run a drain if the keg fridge basically...

    tasting after bottling

Let's say it has been 2 months after you bottle your wine and you are curious to see how it is aging. You open a bottle, it is still not right. Can you re-cork it and let it age longer? Also, why not bottle up a few of the small airplane size bottles of the wine, so you can just open up...

    What year is it?

If I start a batch of wine in 2012 and bottle it in 2013, what year is the wine considered? I am making labels and want to get it right

    How Many Bottle per year

Awesome. I am jealous. I have my first batch brewing. Not totally sure what I am doing but that is part of the fun. I have 2 more kits on the way (should be here Jan 2nd) and am ordering 2 more kits tomorrow. The hard part starting out is waiting for your first batch to be ready. Kind of...
