    Colorado beers

    While not a beer, you can only get Stranahan's whiskey in CO. I took a tour of the distillery while in Denver. Man, it is fantastic. Kind of a hybrid of scotch and bourbon. I wish I had more.

    My vote is kegging... Of course, I haven't been brewing that long either and I am doing extract. I just got a kegging system about two weeks ago and it rocks.

    I guess I should have been more clear. It has been a reoccurring theme for me. As in, I have jacked this up more than once.

    But to be fair, I have not fully boiled the sugar either. Seems like bottling issues are a recurring theme. That's why I just got a legging system.

    You would be correct. Dry sugar directly in the bottling bucket.
