Maybe a regular plastic sandwich bag inside the vacuum bag?

You could try cutting some of the rubber off the bottom of the keg, may or may not work.Good Luck

Bought from AIH,had the faulty plug.called AIH and a new unit was at my door in 3 days. The new unit shipped directly from Brewcraft USA , date on the tag is 7/18 ,my old one was 2017. One year newer but I don’t know if it’s he latest version.

I’ve found it much quicker to contact my vendor

My unit had the plug fused into the controller and would not heat up.I called my vendor (AIH) ,sent them a pic of serial number and had a new complete unit at my door in 3 days. If you didn't buy directly from Grainfather you may want to call your vendor. good luck, hope you get this resolved

I would think it's under warranty, any word on them replacing it?
