In short:
DIY counter-pressure bottle filler. Emptying three kegs to clear for new beer. I'm using cold bottles. The first two kegs fill bottles beautifully. The last not so much, lots of foam.
My only clue is that after I flush the o2, and pressurize the bottle, and open the beer line...
In Jerusalem we have a wonderful LHBS, but the yeast selection is limited to dry Safale yeasts. If I get my hands on some vials, I have a stir plate so I figure I can resuscitate semi old ones, then harvest from the trub.
My question is, if I have someone visiting which yeasts are most...
LLBeanJ thank you for the input. I'm in Israel with literal rockets overhead so i'm happy to have any yeast at all, its gonna have to be the s05. be well.
Was going to do it with s05 on account of having less than no access to bells beers. (I'm in the Middle East).
Still skip the coriander?
Also I heard some talk about adding Vienna, what think you?

I just bottled my first attempt at this.
Perplexed at my final gravity. Hit my numbers pretty good. Brewersfriend calculated on OG of 1.069 I got 1.070 in 5.45 gallons. The recipe estimates a FG of 1.018 (BF estimated 1.019). I pitched s-04, 9 days in primary, 15 days in secondary and a FG of...
