The problem is Caldera is that they make a descent IPA but it costs $14 a 6 pack here. There are far too many other IPA's that are better and cheaper. If I see it on tap somewhere I might grab one from time to time but I wont be bringing any of it home with me at that price. I will take my Bells...
I have ordered from them quite a few times and really enjoy the food. The steaks and stuff chicken are great. I will agree that they are expensive and probably not worth it at full price but I think it is good when you find a deal.
For the first 24 hours I will leave the keg at 25 psi. After that I turn it down to 10-12 psi depending on the beer. This has greatly decreased the time it takes to nicely carb up my beers.

What area are you staying ? 75th st brewery has good beer and good food. Flying saucer down town has lots on tap but with Basketball in town it is probably a mess down there. Free State out in Lawrence is great if you don't mind the 45 min drive.
One bad thing about the bent posts is that usually the dip tube is bent and on some of them you wont be able to get the tube out to clean or replace the O ring.
I used to drink a bit of this years ago. I had it again last weekend for the first time in ages and it was very good. I do like a good schwarzbier. This beer is definitely worth trying if you haven't had it.
Good poll. I have been lucky enough to have had quite a few of all of these beers.
The Bells and the Stone are both fantastic beers but I give the nod to Bells. I better competition would have been Bells Two Hearted vs Stone Ruination. That would be a tough choice. While I know many people...
