Need some help decifering this anylate sample list. I am horrible with chemistry and I cannot seem to locate some of the info I need on this sheet. I sent my town's water dept an e-mail and was sent to the IL EPA Drinking Water Watch page.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

My question concerns the...
I was digging around in my cellar looking for a bag of malts/extract i put down there and couldn't find it. Turns out I never took it out of my trunk when I bought it.
Can I still use the malts and or the liquid extract?
Bottling tomorrow.
Only thing I changed was adding 4oz of whole leaf for dry hop instead of 3 because I had only had 4oz of whole leaf and figured it couldn't hurt.
Will post in a few weeks when I drink it.
Edit: smelled amazing today, cannot wait to drink this!
Fermenting right now. Hit just under the OG at 1.062, Smelled fantastic! Adding the dry hops in a few days. I will be using whole leaf, I can just throw them in the secondary right?
