    Pale Ale Recipe

    I like sorachi ace, but don't have to use it. Another alternative is Nelson Sauvin...I had a beer the other night that was dry hopped with this and it has a real nice citrusy and fruity aroma. Has anybody used this hop for a pale ale before?

    I did the Brickwarmer Holiday Red Kit from Northern Brewer and used WLP013 London Ale Yeast. The OG should have been 1.062 Upon further review.....there is a krausen ring.

    Airlock's Little Plastic Cap

    Saran wrap works great. No reason to think that the beer cap won't work. Just keep an eye on the water in the airlock and top off as necessary.
