    This is awesome! I have a beer fermenting right now that I am calling a Late Hopped Sauvignon Blanc Ale. I used Nelson hops as well but combined it with German Hallertau Blanc hops.

    Belgian ideas for a dude who doens't really dig Belgians

    If you end up making a Belgium Wit, I would highly suggest using Indian Coriander seeds versus the standard European seeds you find everywhere. Especially if you plan on going with the fruitier hops like citra or galaxy.

    Hi, I just opened my first beer to check carbonation levels and my beer was flat. There was definitely noise and gas being released, but the beer was completely flat. Does the bottles just need to be refrigerated for a longer period of time for the CO2 to be dissolved?
