    Recipe Review - Bramling Ordinary Bitter

    I have an APA that is in pri. for 1-1/2 weeks. I used citra for bittering and 29g bramling @15 min. for flavor, also used wlp005 yeast. This is the first time I have used bramling so I cant tell you much yet, but I will let you know what I think in a couple weeks.

    Long-Lasting Krausen with Hefeweizen

    I have a strong wit that is 12 days and took gs last night and it still has a thick krausen also. The OG was 1.072 and the sample I took last night was 1.010 and tasted great. If that is the yeast on top, could I crop the yeast and if so, what is the best way?

    Just took gravity sample and is down to 1.010-wow-and there is still an inch of krausen on top. It was only suppose to get to1.018, so how low will it go? BTW it tastes great, I want to bottle now or drink straight from the bucket!
