Kegco Commercial Grade Three Gauge Secondary Regulator
Like new condition, didn't quite fit with my small keezer setup. $75 shipped via paypal, or $60 picked up in NE Ohio.
Just took a reading and it's at 1.013, tastes pretty good too. I think it must have just fermented the heck out the lime juice while I was at work all day.
I brewed this at the weekend, hit the OG perfectly, added yeast starter and away it went. Yesterday (Tuesday) the bubbling had slowed, but not completely stopped so I decided it was time to add the Limeade. I put it in and since then I've seen no activity in the airlock. Is this expected?
Keg 1 is a Ginger beer that I found a recipe for on here somewhere. Has 2.5 lbs of root ginger in the boil.
Keg 2 is the Northern Brewer Kama Citra session IPA.
Keg 3 is a Saison, nothing too powerful, about 5.5% ABV. This is the one that's being stubborn :)
Ahh, patience :) Hopefully...
I have a small keezer setup with three kegs. I filled the third keg for the first time a couple of weeks ago and finally have a full keezer.
I let it sit overnight to chill then hooked it up to the gas line at 13psi (Keezer is set to 40°F). After a week on the gas I hooked it up to the beer...
Hmm, OK.
So if I did want the fan running all the time could I wire it to have one outlet remain on and the other switched?
I don't want to have extra things hanging out the back of the box.
I just put together a nice little keezer build. I currently have it running through the STC-1000 box that I built for heating my carboy in the winter.
This is working well so I have purchased another STC-1000 to make a box to use permanently in the keezer.
I also want to add a fan that comes...
I just brewed this a third time as it is so popular in my house. I recently switched to usign brew in a bag to brew all grain. I switched out the LME and DME for 5lbs of 2-row and mashed at 153 for 60 minutes.
When I was done I ended up with an OG of 1.054 and it's bubbling away in the primary...
Here are some things I'm not using. Local pickup (NE Ohio) preferred, but I could ship the Sankey tap or the handle.
Sankey Coupler: $15
US Navy Budweiser tap handle: $20
I bottled my first batch of this a couple of weeks ago and I'm really impressed. I followed the extract recipe above exactly and I'm not sure I'd change anything about it.
I'll be brewing it all grain next time and I'm really looking forward to it.
