I'm really not sure. I'm going to go to my lbs on Friday and see what strikes my fancy. I do think I'm going to try a partial mash. I've only done extract brews before. I noticed on their website that they are offering 1 gallon kits so I may pick up a couple of those.

So as long as its clear, I can just bottle it, right? Do you carbonate mead?
