I vote'd room temp becouse i dont have a chiller for my beer keg's.
So I just room condition for one week then put it down the celler that stays at 12/13oC all year. If i do lager I just bottle it and keep one in the fridge in my kitchen for when I fancy one.

I agrea with orfy,king kegs cannot be used at the same high pressure as corny kegs.
With my king kegs i just add 5 tbls of white sugar at keg filling time and leave a few weeks to clear and build pressure,top up with co2 as and when needed.

Hi feedthebear, yeh that's no surprise,i see that a lot on amazon.uk thay have the book at say £15 and in the "new/secondhand" bit it could be £50 or more. to be honest i was a bit miffed at paying full price (for an new old book) untill i read this thread.:D
