Texas Dallas - Brutus 10 System for Sale - Need to Move Quickly

Hi all, I have a few circumstances that are influencing me selling my Brutus 10 system. First, since I've moved in my apartment in Downtown Dallas, I have not had the amount of brewing that I should be and I also was diagnosed with Cancer. Because of general issues associated, and hospital...

Single tier gas system 10 gal capacity

I have some interest. But I live in Oklahoma, so I would wonder how you would get it to me. I'm speaking to someone about purchasing a used Brutus 10, but I'm not sure if that is going to work out. PM me if you are still looking at making more than one of these.

BRUTUS Single Tier 3-Vessel Direct Fire System

I will buy it for $1950 and pay the shipping costs (given that they are under $300). I was planning on building one of these, but this seems easier. Can you find out how much it is to ship?

Need Advice for an All-Grain Equipment Setup

Hey guys, Looking for some advice. I plan on buying the equipment for all grain brewing. I want to buy a system that will last a long time and something that I will not have to upgrade very much...for instance I'm looking at Keggles/Stainless steel pots rather than igloo/rubbermaid coolers...

    Dogfish 90min Recipe Help

Cool guys....that helps, that was sort of what I was thinking, but it always helps to have confirmation from others. I'm probably going to brew on Wednesday, so I should have something ready in about a month and a half to two months....just in time for early summer!

    Dogfish 90min Recipe Help

Hey guys, I've seen several threads on this and read them all, but I don't seem to find the answer to these questions: On the DFH 90 min recipe that is in the BT clone magazine it says: "Dry hop in secondary at 71F for 3-5 days, then cool to 32F." I have two questions....first, do you...

    Trouble with Saison Clone

Yeah, I think that is exactly what happened passedpawn and Doog Si Reeb. Fermentation was done, I hit my target FG, 1.008, and everything seemed on the up and up. I tasted a bit of the hydrometer sample and it tasted promising. I kegged and will cold condition for 3-4 weeks....we will see...

    Trouble with Saison Clone

I haven't decided if I am going to bottle this or keg it. I have three batches in primary right now, a hefe, an IPA and the Saison and only two kegs at the moment, so I might buy another keg or just bottle the Saison since it will probably be the last to finish it looks like.

    Trouble with Saison Clone

Thanks for the help guys. I pitched WYeast 1214. As soon as I got home I raised the temperature a few degrees (slowly) and the yeast started doing their thing almost immediately after I got to about 79F. I will stay here and slowly raise it up a little higher in the next few days. We will...

    Trouble with Saison Clone

Hello everyone! I'm a somewhat new brewer and I wanted to brew a Saison clone. The recipe asked for a fermentation temperature of 79-85 F. This seems high to me, but I got the temp up to 80 and the yeast were very active starting about 6 hours after I pitched the yeast. This went on for...
