    I was able to get 10 lb in a 15 lb tank at Rices Liquor in Burlington, WI. He said that he didn't want to use all their Nitrogen to fully fill it. I had them in a fridge for at least 4 hours before they were filled.

    usually when make a starter it will foam even on my stir plate as well as lighting in color. I think i am just trying to rush the process. I usually make it 2 to 3 days ahead of time but i forgot in this case.
