CO2 Tank refill SE WI / NE IL

I am having a hard time finding a place to fill my 15 lb CO2 tank. The local welder supply only exchanges tanks and no not exchange 15 lb tanks.

The local liquor store have be unable to fill more then a few pound at a time, blaming my tank being to large to fill with his equipment and still charges me the full hook up fee to fill.

Anyone know of a place in the area that can and will be capable of filling a 15 lb tank?

Check out paintball supply stores if you have one near, I use my lhbs they do the exchange

Growmasters in Gurnee, IL fills my 10lb. Check with them.

I was able to get 10 lb in a 15 lb tank at Rices Liquor in Burlington, WI. He said that he didn't want to use all their Nitrogen to fully fill it.

I had them in a fridge for at least 4 hours before they were filled.
