I've searched before and found a calculator to figure out Boil off rate based off the dimensions of your kettle!

Can't find it anymore :-(

Does anyone have or know of a calculator that will calculate Boil off rate based off of kettle dimensions ?

The priceless calculator gives an estimate at the upper right based on kettle dimensions...
Note that the estimate is separate from the user supplied boil off rate entered at the lower left:

Change kettle width in the "Equipment" section... look at "Estimated Boil-off Rate" in the "General Results" Section

One of the factors for boil off rate is the dimensions of the kettle. Boil off is also affected by the amount of heat applied and vigor of the boil, ambient temperature , and also relative humidity.

A test boil will get you close to your average boil off rate.
