I left the experiment with my friend thinking he would clean and sterilize the growler. I saw it today - still capped and gestating.

I tried my soy sauce experiment today. It tried to jump out of the bottle and crawl into my brain. After a battle of wills with the alien invader for possession of my body I managed to get a good taste. Yup, very much like soy sauce. Still much fruitier then soy sauce, but less so then the last time I tried it I think.
