SWMBO is out of town and I have two empty fermenters so trying to get a couple batches done this week ... possibly brewing one yet tonight. :rockin:
Came up with a couple of recipes based on what I had on hand and what my LHBS had. Will post one here and start another thread with the other. Just want to get some feedback and these will be my second and third non-kit batches.
Also, this one is first time I've tried hopbursting. Had the NB originally at 30 mins but pushed it back to 20 to stay "within style" of under 50 IBUs. Not particularly concerned with a few IBUs here or there, however.

ESB
6.0# Briess LME
1.0# Briess DME Golden Light
1.5# Briess Crystal 60L (steep for 25 minutes at 155 degrees)

2.0 oz Northern Brewer (20)
1.0 oz Willamette (5)
1.0 oz Willamette (1)
1 tsp Irish Moss (15)

Wyeast British Ale (1098)

Primary for at least two weeks. No secondary.
Color (SRM/EBC): 13/26
Bitterness: 49.1 INU
OG: 1.060
FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 6.0%
