This is my fourth variant of Redhook ESB. I previously brewed a clone. Then 16 brews later I substituted the Pale Ale malt and Amber LME with Munich. Another 16 brews later I substituted with Maris Otter. The third time was Vienna. This time is Pilsen

Recipe Type: Partial something
Style: ESB
Yeast: Pacific Ale WLP041
Batch Size (Gallons): 5 gallons

90 minutes steep at 155F
2 lb 7 oz Pilsen (Dingemans)
13 oz Crystal 60L (4.2 oz Munton's, 8.8 oz Briess Organic)

60 minute boil
2.0 oz Tettnang, US (60 min)
6 lb Pilsen LME (Briess)
0.5 oz Willamette (15 min)
1.0 oz Tettnang, US (5 min)

Pacific Ale Yeast WLP041

2 weeks primary
3 weeks bottle
First taste 12 June 2021

Some Dingemans, the Munton's and Willamette were leftovers. The rest came from Northern Brewer.
