Replacing ball bearings on corny disconnect

Three of the ball bearings on my corny gas disconnect have dropped out. Does anyone know if it is possible to insert new ones?

If so, how do I go about doing it? I've been trying but can't get them in!

I think you are better off just getting a new disconnect. They aren't expensive.
